Colorado River

Fished the Colorado near he kids fishing pond.  Saw a few deer hunters in the car park.  I caught four, including a nice 16" brown and similar rainbow, and lost four more, on small nymphs.  I had driven over in the morning (on the water 3 hrs after leaving the driveway), fished for four hours, and drove back before dinner.   Water was low and easily wadable, sunny bluebird sky, in the low 20s in the morning and mid 50s when I left.
